Tillamook Christian Center - Tenants of Faith

We believe in the One Eternal God who is the Creator and Ruler of all things.
We believe God gave His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to live a life of perfect righteousness, to die upon the cross and rise from the dead and ascend into heaven, for all sinners.
We believe God offers forgiveness of sins and eternal life to all who place their faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church and guides His Church by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit.
We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues, is still available for believers who diligently seek Jesus for this baptism.
We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit empowered the early church to be dynamic witnesses of Jesus Christ's redeeming power and these gifts are still in operation today.
We believe Jesus Christ has called His Church to live by faith, with hope and love, until He returns to set up His visible Kingdom at His appointed time.
