Jan Baxter is our very
own missionary heading to Osaka and Tokyo, Japan this year. She will be accompanying the
Women With A Mission tour Japan. Let's
hope and pray that her journey is safe and she is able to
touch many lives during her visit. Follow her travels

 Tillamook
Christian Center is working with other churches in the Tillamook
County to help design and construct an orphanage in the poverty
stricken region in Zimbabwe, South Africa. We have sent
one of our members there to evaluate the situation and we are
planning a two fold mission to accomplish this task. We
plan to send a contingent to Zimbabwe next spring to finish
getting things in order and finally sending another contingent
in the spring of 2009. When completed, this orphanage will
be on land owned by the locals and have enough funds to cover
the infrastructure for maintenance and upkeep. If you are

 The
"Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade" is yet another way that
Tillamook Christian Center members can give to missions of their
choice. Through this mission, we are able to help keep
vital services going like the three buses that TCC uses to
transport youth and others who could not come to church on
Saturday or Sundays. This is given on the first Sunday of
each month. |
